In a previous work of the author's, it was conjectured that the Littlewood-Richardson coefficients for two triples, in which one of the partitions differ by a single box move, are congruent modulo the $α$-hook length of the pivot box for that move. In this note we prove that conjecture. We also investigate the extension of that conjecture to shifted Macdonald functions, which remains open pending two properies of Lassalle's shift map in that case. 2026-06-16T11:49:54Z 13 pages, 3 figures Ryan Mickler http://arxiv.org/abs/2309.04645v2 Universal Plücker coordinates for the Wronski map and positivity in real Schubert calculus 2026-06-16T11:39:07Z Given a $d$-dimensional vector space $V \subset \mathbb{C}[u]$ of polynomials, its Wronskian is the polynomial $(u + z_1) \cdots (u + z_n)$ whose zeros $-z_i$ are the points of $\mathbb{C}$ such that $V$ contains a nonzero polynomial with a zero of order at least $d$ at $-z_i$. Equivalently, $V$ is a solution to the Schubert problem defined by osculating planes to the moment curve at $z_1, \dots, z_n$. The inverse Wronski problem involves finding all $V$ with a given Wronskian $(u + z_1) \cdots (u + z_n)$. We solve this problem by providing explicit formulas for the Grassmann-Plücker coordinates of the general solution $V$, as commuting operators in the group algebra $\mathbb{C}[\mathfrak{S}_n]$ of the symmetric group. The Plücker coordinates of individual solutions over $\mathbb{C}$ are obtained by restricting to an eigenspace and replacing each operator by its eigenvalue. This generalizes work of Mukhin, Tarasov, and Varchenko (2013) and of Purbhoo (2022), which give formulas in $\mathbb{C}[\mathfrak{S}_n]$ for the differential equation satisfied by $V$. Moreover, if $z_1, \dots, z_n$ are real and nonnegative, then our operators are positive semidefinite, implying that the Plücker coordinates of $V$ are all real and nonnegative. This verifies several outstanding conjectures in real Schubert calculus, including the positivity conjectures of Mukhin and Tarasov (2017) and of Karp (2021), the disconjugacy conjecture of Eremenko (2015), and the divisor form of the secant conjecture of Sottile (2003). The proofs involve the representation theory of $\mathfrak{S}_n$, symmetric functions, and $τ$-functions of the KP hierarchy. 2023-09-09T00:05:55Z 74 pages. v2: Revised in response to reviewer comments Steven N. Building upon the results for classical Lie algebras via Lusztig's {\bf a}-function and the Robinson--Schensted (RS) insertion algorithm, we extend these techniques to the super setting, providing explicit formulas for types $\mathfrak{sl}(m|n)$ and $\mathfrak{osp}(2|2n)$. Our results show that the GK dimension of a simple highest weight module is determined entirely by the even part of the Lie superalgebras. 2026-06-10T01:21:50Z 27 pages Jing Jiang http://arxiv.org/abs/2606.17560v1 Spectral Intertwining Operators 2026-06-16T06:06:15Z We study spectral intertwining operators between spectral Eisenstein series $\operatorname{Eis}_{P^\vee}$, $\operatorname{Eis}_{Q^\vee}$ for two parabolic subgroups $P, Q$ of a $p$-adic reductive group $G$ with the same Levi subgroup $M$, inspired by the analogy with the classical intertwining operators between parabolic induced representations of $p$-adic reductive groups. In particular, we construct the normalized (canonical) intertwining operator that satisfies the transitivity and an unnormalized intertwining operator that is adjoint to a rational section of an analog of the Bruhat-Mackey's filtration. Moreover, the normalized and unnormalized intertwining operators differ by a ratio of L-functions, analogously to the Langlands conjecture about classical ones up to units. Finally we prove that the spectral intertwining operators correspond to classical ones up to units under any conjectural categorical local Langlands correspondence. 2026-06-16T06:06:15Z 46 pages Qiyuan Chen http://arxiv.org/abs/2606.17525v1 Skew column RSK dynamics and the box-ball system 2026-06-16T05:05:23Z The Fomin local rules for Schensted column insertion can be seen as a two-lane box-ball system, in which a carrier moves particles forward or laterally. Running such two-lane dynamics in parallel on a periodic lattice gives rise to a two-dimensional generalization of the box-ball system, which we call the \emph{skew column RSK dynamics}. Equivalently, this is a deterministic dynamics on pairs of skew semistandard Young tableaux $(P_t,Q_t)_{t \in \mathbb{Z}}$. We prove that this dynamics exhibits solitonic behavior and construct an explicit bijection $(P,Q) \leftrightarrow (H_1,H_2,κ,ν)$ that linearizes the time evolution. The resulting coordinates consist of two horizontally weak tableaux $H_1,H_2$ recording the asymptotic soliton data, integer riggings $κ$, and a weakly decreasing sequence of integers $ν$. A key feature of the construction is an explicit projection from the skew column RSK dynamics to the classical box-ball system; under this projection, the rigging $κ$ is precisely the Kerov--Kirillov--Reshetikhin rigging of the associated box-ball configuration. Our proof uses two commuting affine crystal structures on pairs of skew tableaux and a novel connectivity theorem for distinguished subgraphs of tensor products of Kirillov--Reshetikhin crystals. We also derive Greene-type formulas for the soliton lengths in terms of last-passage percolation on the associated cylindrical environment. Finally, by taking generating functions in the linearizing coordinates, we obtain bijective proofs of Cauchy and Kawanaka--Littlewood-type identities for transformed Hall--Littlewood polynomials. 2026-06-16T05:05:23Z 68 pages. For every field $F$ of characteristic $p$ we exhibit pairs of non-isomorphic finite-dimensional $p$-nilpotent restricted Lie algebras $L$ and $H$ over $F$ whose restricted enveloping algebras $u(L)$ and $u(H)$ are isomorphic as $F$-algebras. Such pairs exist in every dimension at least $p+5$, with $\dim L'=p$ and $\dim H'=p+1$. Thus, the restricted isomorphism problem has a negative answer over every field of positive characteristic, even for $p$-nilpotent algebras over perfect fields. 2026-06-15T20:46:57Z Xabier García-Martínez http://arxiv.org/abs/2606.16983v1 Grassmannian quantum cohomology in the infinite limit and total positivity 2026-06-15T17:22:17Z The theory of total positivity was shown by Lusztig to be intrinsically linked to the canonical basis with its positivity properties. When we restrict ourselves to studying total positivity just for the set of lower-triangular unipotent Toeplitz matrices, say in type $A$, then there is a similar link with the quantum cohomology rings of flag varieties and the Schubert bases and their positivity properties. Namely, this builds on a theory of Dale Peterson that gives a uniform Lie-theoretic description of all of the quantum cohomology rings $qH^*(G/P)$. In a precursor to this paper, the Schubert basis and quantum parameters in $qH^*(SL_n/B)$, which restrict to positive-valued functions on totally positive Toeplitz matrices, were analysed with respect to their limiting behaviour as $n\to\infty$, uncovering a novel connection with the classical Edrei theorem on parametrising the infinite totally positive Toeplitz matrices. In this paper we study the Grassmannian case, using the conventions from the $SL_{n}/B$ setting as a guide, and we determine the quantum parameter and Schubert class asymptotics in different scenarios. Along the way, we obtain a new interpretation of the strange duality involution on the localised quantum cohomolgy ring of the Grassmannian. Finally, we prove an asymptotic formula for quantum parameters in a partial flag setting, and we furthermore formulate some conjectures concerning partial flag varieties and related quantum cohomology asymptotics. 2026-06-15T17:22:17Z 28 pages Ines Chung-Halpern Konstanze Rietsch http://arxiv.org/abs/2606.16956v1 Multisymmetric polynomials on set-theoretic quiver representations 2026-06-15T16:58:04Z Eventually constant set-valued representations of a quiver are set-theoretic analogues of nilpotent representations. In recent work by Green-Holmes-Im, the authors enumerated eventually constant set-valued representations for equioriented cyclic quivers using the directed matrix-tree theorem. In this paper, we extend this enumeration to finite quivers without sinks for which every vertex is the target of sufficiently long paths. We encode the representations as directed acyclic graphs and introduce a recursive source-removal method for certain classes of directed acyclic graphs. This yields a strictly upper triangular matrix enumerator in the incidence algebra of the subset lattice. To compute the cardinality of the eventually constant representations, we compress this enumerator to a matrix indexed by cardinality vectors, the set-theoretic analogues of dimension vectors. We conclude by specializing the formulas to the Jordan quiver and recovering the multisymmetric generating polynomial for the cyclic quiver without using the matrix-tree theorem. 2026-06-15T16:58:04Z 35 pages, 6 figures Radford Green Cornell Holmes Mee Seong Im http://arxiv.org/abs/2606.16894v1 Bounded Bruhat intervals and affine Coxeter groups 2026-06-15T16:06:40Z Dyer (1991) proved that, for each fixed length $k$, only finitely many isomorphism types of Bruhat intervals occur in finite Coxeter groups. Barkley Christian Gaetz http://arxiv.org/abs/2606.16772v1 A diffeological perspective on non-Abelian Hodge theory 2026-06-15T14:20:00Z We construct diffeological moduli stacks $\mathscr{M}_{Dol}(X)$ and $\mathscr{M}_{dR}(X)$ parametrizing smooth families of Higgs bundles and those of flat bundles, respectively, on a compact Kähler manifold $X$. We then establish an equivalence of stacks between diffeological substacks $\mathscr{M}^\mathscr{H}_{Dol} \subset \mathscr{M}_{Dol}(X)$ and $\mathscr{M}^\mathscr{H}_{dR}(X) \subset \mathscr{M}_{dR}(X)$, whose fibres over the point are the categories of semistable Higgs bundles, with the usual condition on Chern classes, and of flat bundles on $X$, respectively. $\mathscr{M}^\mathscr{H}_{Dol}(X)$ contains families of semistable Higgs bundles to points of which the classical correspondence of coarse moduli spaces does not extend continuously. This shows that the equivalence we provide is, in a sense, a common extension, in the context of diffeological moduli stacks, of both the homeomorphism of coarse moduli spaces, and of the equivalence of categories between semistable Higgs bundles and arbitrary flat bundles. 2026-06-15T14:20:00Z v1: 75 pages Mahmud Azam Steven Rayan http://arxiv.org/abs/2606.16714v1 On the Representation Theory of Non-Admissible $W$-Algebras: Part I 2026-06-15T13:42:18Z Motivated by the mirror symmetry for circle compactified 4d $N=2$ theories, we propose a geometric framework for studying the representation theory of non-admissible $W$-algebras $W^{k}(\mathfrak g,f)$ at levels $k=-h^\vee+\frac{1}{n}\frac{m}{u}$, using the geometry of generalized affine Springer fibers $Sp_ν(\tilde{g},f)$ with slope $ν=u/m$. The central proposal is that each non-empty $C^*$-fixed locus, labeled by a double coset $\tilde w\in W_ν\backslash\tilde{W}/W_f$, gives rise to simple modules whose highest weight is determined by the map $\tilde w\mapsto\tilde w(kΛ_0+\tildeρ)-\tildeρ$, while the dimension of the fixed variety encodes additional non-semisimple structure (logarithmic modules). We verify this correspondence in numerous examples, including $D_4$, $E_6$, $E_8$, and twisted theories of type $^3D_4$ and $^2A_3$, where our geometric counting reproduces known results for both admissible and non-admissible $W$-algebras. 2026-06-15T13:42:18Z 51 pages, 24 tables Dan Xie http://arxiv.org/abs/2410.07990v2 Classification of weak Bruhat interval modules of $0$-Hecke algebras 2026-06-15T13:32:48Z Weak Bruhat interval modules of the $0$-Hecke algebra in type $A$ offer a unified framework for studying modules associated to quasisymmetric functions. This class of modules has recently been generalized from type $A$ to all Coxeter types. In this paper, we give an equivalent description, in a type-independent manner, when two left weak Bruhat intervals in a Coxeter group are descent-preserving isomorphic.
