Working in the transverse-traceless sector, we show that the higher-spatial-derivative correction preserves the conventional plus and cross polarizations and introduces neither polarization mixing, helicity splitting, nor gravitational birefringence. We construct the retarded Green function of the modified wave operator and derive the radiation-zone waveform to first order in $α$. The resulting signal exhibits a frequency-dependent amplitude renormalization together with a dispersive propagation phase that accumulates over the source-observer distance. We apply the formalism to a binary black hole system in a quasi-circular orbit and obtain the polarization waveforms for an arbitrary observation direction. We further derive the corresponding energy flux, total luminosity, and adiabatic chirp evolution. In terms of the observed gravitational wave frequency $f$, the leading corrections satisfy $Δh_{A}/h_{A}^{\mathrm{GR}}=-8π^{2}αf^{2}$ and $ΔP/P_{\mathrm{GR}} =Δ\dot{f}/\dot{f}_{\mathrm{GR}} =-16π^{2}αf^{2}$, while the accumulated generation phase has the frequency dependence of a relative third post-Newtonian contribution. By mapping the Hořava-Lifshitz coefficient to the LIGO-Virgo-KAGRA modified-dispersion parametrization, we obtain $-6.2\times10^{2}\,\mathrm{eV}^{-2} <α< 1.9\times10^{2}\,\mathrm{eV}^{-2}$ at $90\%$ credibility from the GWTC-4.0 posterior.2026-07-19T22:43:03Z35 pages and 6 figures. The astrophysical properties of the dark matter halo directly dictate the quantum-like spectrum of scalar field configurations around the central black hole. Remarkably, the conformal coupling constant becomes discretized and is determined solely by the halo's compactness parameter.2026-07-19T18:12:20Z10 pages, 6 figuresM. Navid Gasemi ZadH. We describe the method and test its limits and features with use of synthetic data, as well as discuss several issues connected to error propagation. We conclude that the chosen smoothing method -- binning of the data -- introduces immense uncertainty amplification which limits the practical application of this method, leaving us with other alternatives. We also address the ``instability of the reconstruction'', an important effect when a false scalar field -- real or phantom -- could be reconstructed if the $Ω_m$ and $H_0$ parameters are wrongly estimated; a similar effect could be expected in other Dark Energy models as well.2018-09-19T12:18:40Z17 pages, 5 figures, meets published versionUniverse 12, 207 (2026)Arpine PiloyanSergey Pavluchenko10.3390/universe12070207http://arxiv.org/abs/2601.06416v2Symplectic mechanics of relativistic spinning compact bodies. III. quadratic-in-spin integrability in Type-D Einstein spacetimes: persistence and breakdown2026-07-19T15:37:42ZWe investigate the integrability of spinning compact body dynamics at quadratic order in spin in four-dimensional Einstein spacetimes admitting a non-degenerate Killing--Yano tensor. Working within the Mathisson--Papapetrou--Tulczyjew--Dixon framework under the Tulczyjew--Dixon spin supplementary condition, we model the spin-induced quadrupole with a deformability parameter $κ$, where $κ=1$ corresponds to black holes. The dynamics is formulated as a Hamiltonian system on a 10-dimensional physical phase space obtained by Dirac--Bergmann reduction. For $κ=1$, we establish Liouville--Arnold integrability at quadratic order in spin by constructing five independent, Poisson-commuting first integrals, including a generalization of the Carter constant and the Rüdiger constant to quadratic-in-spin order in Einstein spacetimes beyond Kerr. For $κ\neq 1$, the Rüdiger and Carter constants are no longer conserved; integrability does not persist at this order. All our results are carried out in a covariant manner and numerically verified, and Kerr is recovered as a special case. These results show that integrability can extend beyond Kerr and beyond the linear-in-spin regime, while its breakdown for $κ\neq 1$ points to the spin-induced quadrupole as a decisive probe of compact body structure.2026-01-10T03:48:10Zv2: 50 pages, 1 figure; minor revision, overall presentation streamlined, additional technical details in appendixPaul RamondSoichiro IsoyamaAdrien Druarthttp://arxiv.org/abs/2607.17284v1One Year and One Night to 1% in $\mathbf{H_0}$: Efficient Spectroscopic Strategy for Dark Siren Cosmology2026-07-19T15:02:17ZGravitational-wave events from compact binary coalescences (CBCs) can be used as standard sirens: they encode the luminosity distance to their sources, which yields a measurement of the Hubble constant ($H_0$) if the source's redshift is known. In the absence of an electromagnetic counterpart, $H_0$ can still be inferred statistically from the cataloged galaxies within the event's sky localization volume via the dark siren, or galaxy catalog method. In this work we examine how the depth of a volume-limited galaxy catalog affects this inference and identify the most efficient spectroscopic strategy for an unbiased measurement of $H_0$ at a median precision of $0.98\%$. The strategy is to carry out spectroscopic surveys to a depth of $r \sim 19$ for the ten best-localized events observed in one year by the LIGO Hanford, LIGO Livingston, and LIGO-India network at A$^\#$ sensitivity. Such a campaign requires a minimum of one night of electromagnetic follow-up observations, or five nights under the most conservative assumptions. For the Hanford, Livingston, and Virgo network at A$+$ sensitivity, the same ten-event strategy yields a median precision of $2.63\%$.2026-07-19T15:02:17ZYixuan DangAriel J. Since $m_c>Λ_{\rm QCD}$, we employ heavy meson chiral perturbation theory (HMChPT) to constrain this GeV-scale axion, including its CP-even radial partner $σ$ and the axion $a$. In HMChPT, $σ$ enters at leading order with $O(1)$ coupling, while $a$ couples only at $O(1/m_c)$ and manifests via axion-pion mixing with $θ_{aπ}\simeq f_π/f_a\sim0.04$. We analyze $D$-meson masses, $D$-$D^*$ splitting, charmonium, $D$-$D$ scattering, $B_s$ mixing, rare $D$ decays, and the channels $K^+\toπ^+a$, $B\to K a$. No fatal HMChPT constraint emerges, unlike the $χ$PT isospin issue. The strongest bound is from $σ$-mediated $B_s$-$\bar B_s$ mixing; axion-pion mixing opens testable rare decays, though rates are slightly below current sensitivity.2026-07-19T14:45:02Z43 pages, 7 tables, comments are welcomeBo-Qiang Luhttp://arxiv.org/abs/2607.12956v2Naturally quality-safe GeV axion with charm coupling2026-07-19T14:28:52ZThe GeV-scale QCD axion -- where Peccei-Quinn (PQ) symmetry is broken by the QCD condensate at $f_a\sim\mathcal{O}(1)$~GeV -- faces a structural isospin problem: the PQ spurion coupling to light quarks ($u,d,s$) breaks $\mathrm{SU}(2)$ isospin, generating an unacceptable $\sim 15\%$ $π^0$--$π^\pm$ mass splitting. We show that coupling the PQ scalar to the charm quark instead eliminates this violation entirely, and lowering $m_φ\sim 3$--$4$~MeV makes the charm Yukawa $κ_c\propto m_φ$ perturbative ($κ_c<1$). The resulting $f_a\sim\text{GeV}\ll M_{\rm Pl}$ solves the axion quality problem: even the lowest-dimension $d=6$ Planck-suppressed operator gives $m_{\rm PQ}/m_a\sim 10^{-14}$, without any additional symmetry. The model predicts a distinctive {\it negative} $ΔN_{\rm eff}\sim -0.1$ for $m_φ\sim 3$~MeV, testable by CMB-S4. The $B\to Kσ$ penguin predicts $\mathrm{BR}\sim 2\times 10^{-5}$, consistent with the Belle~II evidence for $B^+\to K^+ν\barν$ at $(2.3\pm0.7)\times 10^{-5}$~\cite{BelleII:2024knv}. All ten classes of experimental, astrophysical, and cosmological constraints are satisfied in the viable window $m_φ\sim 3$--$4$~MeV, with the $B_s$ mixing constraint pending a dedicated lattice calculation.2026-07-14T16:51:14Z5+12 pages, 2+2 tables, 1 figure, comments are welcomeBo-Qiang Luhttp://arxiv.org/abs/2607.17252v1Probing Primordial Cosmology Through BBN Observational Constraints Under Extended Gravitational Dynamics2026-07-19T13:41:47ZIn this article, We investigate the cosmological consequences of a recently developed $f(R,G,\mathcal{T})$ gravitational framework, in which the action is formulated as a general function of the Ricci scalar $R$, the Gauss-Bonnet invariant $G$, and the trace of the energy-momentum tensor $\mathcal{T}$. As one of the most reliable probes of the physical conditions in the early universe, Big Bang nucleosynthesis offers a stringent framework for testing deviations from standard cosmology. We consider four representative models that are analyzed and constrained using observational limits on $\left|ΔT_f/T_f\right|$ and the primordial helium mass fraction $Y_p$. The bounds obtained identify the allowed parameter regions for each model and demonstrate that significant departures from standard cosmology are compatible with nucleosynthesis observations. Our analysis shows that broad regions of the parameter space satisfy existing nucleosynthesis constraints, indicating the consistency of $f(R,G,\mathcal{T})$ gravity with the observed primordial light-element abundances and the established picture of the early universe preserving the observed abundances of light nuclei.2026-07-19T13:41:47ZAbdul Malik SultanManahil AliMuhammad Israr AslamNazek Alessahttp://arxiv.org/abs/2607.17223v1Axial Obstructions to Rotating Bumblebee Vacuum Solutions2026-07-19T12:25:56ZWe identify two general obstructions to a regular rotating constant-norm vector vacua. Firstly, at the poles of a nondegenerate bifurcation surface, horizon and axial invariance force every smooth symmetry-inheriting one-form to vanish, contradicting a strictly nonzero constant norm. Secondly, we show that a conicity varying along a rotation axis generates a singular curvature that diverges as the inverse proper distance from the axis. We apply these results to a general three parameter family Kerr-disformal solution in Einstein--bumblebee gravity. Consequently, its vector vacuum is not smooth on the axes because of a nonzero constant norm, and the position-dependent conicity leads to genuine curvature singularities on the polar axes. A distinguished nonextremal branch nevertheless admits a regular outer Killing horizon away from the axes and defines an exact local rotating solution in the nonpolar region.2026-07-19T12:25:56ZMinyong GuoZhong-Ying Fanhttp://arxiv.org/abs/2607.17216v1Relativistic quantum teleportation protected by the anti-Unruh effect2026-07-19T12:19:00ZWe investigate standard quantum teleportation in a relativistic setting where one participant, Rob, undergoes uniform acceleration while Alice remains inertial. Rob interacts locally with a massive scalar field modeled by an Unruh-DeWitt detector. We show that for small detector energy gaps, the entanglement shared between Alice and Rob increases monotonically with acceleration. For larger gaps, entanglement initially decreases at low accelerations due to the Unruh effect, but is subsequently restored and enhanced at higher accelerations as a consequence of the anti-Unruh effect. This behavior is associated with a reduction of the effective detector temperature, leading to a recovery of quantum coherence previously lost to the field. As a result, the teleportation fidelity increases with acceleration and approaches unity in the high-acceleration regime. Our results demonstrate that the anti-Unruh effect can protect and recover quantum information, providing a potential mechanism to mitigate relativistic degradation of quantum correlations.2026-07-19T12:19:00Z13 pages, 2 figures, 2 tablesReza HamzehofiDavood AfsharMehrzad Ashrafpourhttp://arxiv.org/abs/2603.11895v3Cosmological gravity on all scales V: MCMC forecasts combining large scale structure and CMB lensing for binned phenomenological modified gravity2026-07-19T12:09:35ZAs cosmology rapidly approaches the data-dominated phase of stage IV large scale structure surveys, the modelling of nonlinear scales has become a serious challenge that faces the community, particularly when analysing models beyond $w$CDM. In this work, we emulate the matter power spectrum in a phenomenological parameterisation of modified gravity in which a time-varying effective gravitational constant $μ$ and a gravitational slip $η$ are binned in redshift. We are able to achieve accuracy $<1\%$ in the modified gravity boost relative to COLA (COmoving Lagrangian Acceleration) simulations. We forecast the constraining power for each bin using a simulated $3\times 2$pt LSST Y10-like data vector and a $6\times 2$pt LSST Y10 x Simons Observatory cosmic microwave background (CMB) lensing data vector. We recover the characteristic degeneracy between $μ$ and $η$ previously identified in Fisher forecasts and demonstrate that the best-constrained direction corresponds to the combination $Σ=μ(1+η)/2$ which governs the lensing potential. We show that while large scale structure is sensitive to growth of structure at low redshift, CMB lensing extends the sensitivity to a higher redshift range. These results demonstrate that fast emulation of nonlinear modified-gravity effects enables full Bayesian analyses of model-agnostic gravity parameterisations with realistic survey data vectors and astrophysical systematics.2026-03-12T13:08:46ZJCAP07(2026)058 (Published 16 July 2026)Sankarshana SrinivasanShreya PrabhuKai LehmanAjiv Krishnan V.Jochen Weller10.1088/1475-7516/2026/07/058http://arxiv.org/abs/2607.17198v1Probing Nonlinear Logarithmic Kalb-Ramond Black Holes: Particle Dynamics, Epicyclic Oscillations and Thermodynamic Signatures2026-07-19T11:38:53ZIn contrast to conventional linear coupling frameworks, the proposed work investigated the nonlinear effects that become more significant in the strong field regime of a black hole. We have investigated a new class of Kalb Ramond black holes generated by a nonlinear logarithmic coupling of the field, referred to as a Logarithmic Kalb Ramond black hole. The logarithmic coupling introduces strong-field modifications to the spacetime geometry, leading to significant departures from the Schwarzschild and Reissner Nordstrom BHs. We analyze the motion of test particles using the effective potential formalism and derive the conserved energy and angular momentum for circular equatorial geodesics. The stability of circular orbits and the location of the innermost stable circular orbit are examined, revealing a strong dependence on the model parameters Q, l, and $β$. The epicyclic frequencies (radial, vertical, and azimuthal) together with the associated periastron precession demonstrate that nonlinear logarithmic corrections can substantially modify quasi periodic oscillation observables. We further investigate the Hawking temperature and energy emission rate, which show that the nonlinear coupling also impacts distinct imprints on the thermodynamic behavior and evaporation characteristics of the black hole. Our results also identify the BH parameters as key regulators of the orbital dynamics, oscillatory properties, and thermal evolution, providing a unified framework for probing nonlinear KR gravity through strong-field astrophysical phenomena.2026-07-19T11:38:53ZAftab AnsariRajesh KumarPraveen Kumar Dhankarhttp://arxiv.org/abs/2607.01505v2Magnetorotational instabilities in solids: Application to neutron-star crusts2026-07-19T10:11:59ZThe magnetorotational instability can generate strong, turbulent substructure within magnetized shear flows. The efficacy of the mechanism as a function of microphysical aspects of the fluid, such as stratification and diffusivity, has been explored extensively. One aspect that has not been studied thus far, however, is whether the instability can also operate in solids. Motivated by the possibility that solid regions within planets or degenerate stars may rotate differentially with respect to liquid or gaseous layers during some phase of their life, we examine the extent to which elasticity suppresses the instability. A simplified, plane-parallel analysis reveals that only in cases where the flow is strongly sheared, such that the magnetic tension that would result from the instability in a liquid exceeds the shear modulus of the elastic cavity, can magnetic growth occur. In the context of dynamical tides in binary neutron-star mergers, this implies that the magnetic field can be amplified in the crust prior to coalescence only if the star boasts a spin frequency of $\gtrsim 300$Hz. If viscous heating weakens the crystalline structure prior to resonance, the required spin frequency is reduced.2026-07-01T22:08:51Z13 pages, 4 figures. Minor changes to match PRD styleArthur G. After validating the framework on the Einstein--Maxwell and Gubser--Rocha models with high accuracy, we apply it to the nodal strange-metal phenomenology of the cuprate $\mathrm{(Pb,Bi)_2Sr_{2-x}La_xCuO_{6+δ}}$ within a semi-holographic setting, taking as input the normalized target generated from the extended power-law liquid (PLL) model calibrated by angle-resolved photoemission measurements. A key structural observation is that our probe fermion is massless and therefore insensitive to the conformal factor, leading to a coordinate/Weyl redundancy, while spectral normalization introduces a degeneracy in the scaled Hawking temperature. After identifying these sources of nonuniqueness, we find that, at low temperatures and near-optimal doping, the normalized extended-PLL target can be well described by a family of effective geometries close to the conformal-to-$\mathrm{AdS}_{2}\times\mathbb{R}^{2}$ black-hole class, with a nearly vanishing $qA_t$ ($\sim10^{-4}\,\mathrm{eV}$). The conformal-factor ambiguity further implies that fixing macroscopic thermodynamics such as the electronic specific heat requires independent input beyond the fermionic spectra. We also examine the applicability of our framework across doping and temperature: at low temperatures, the learned effective model remains viable throughout the studied doping range, with only a mild increase in loss toward the overdoped side; at higher temperatures, however, both the loss and $qA_t$ increase substantially.2026-07-03T01:50:42Z43 pages, 10 figures, 4 tablesHong-Zhi XiaoZhan-Zhi HeZhuo-Yu XianShao-Feng Wuhttp://arxiv.org/abs/2606.15270v3Generalized Schwarzian Dynamics from a Bulk-First BF Perspective2026-07-19T08:04:25ZWe investigate the emergence of generalized Schwarzian dynamics from a bulk-first BF perspective. Starting from two-dimensional BF gravity, we analyze the associated boundary phase space and its Drinfeld-Sokolov reductions. For the sl(2,R) theory, we recover the ordinary Schwarzian action as the reduced boundary dynamics arising from a particular sector of the BF asymptotic phase space. We then extend this construction to sl(3,R), where the reduced dynamics is governed by the second and third Wilczynski invariants, providing a natural higher-rank generalization of the Schwarzian derivative. In this framework, generalized Schwarzian dynamics emerges directly from flat BF connections and their companion forms rather than being introduced as an independent boundary theory. We further relate the resulting projective invariants to Casimir charges, monodromy data, and generalized Schwarzian thermodynamics, including monodromy spectra and semiclassical thermodynamics. In particular, constant projective invariants determine the corresponding Casimir sectors and monodromy data, which in turn organize the thermodynamic structure of the theory. Our results provide a unified bulk-first description of Schwarzian and generalized Schwarzian dynamics and reveal a direct link between BF gravity, asymptotic symmetry reductions, projective geometry, and boundary thermodynamics.2026-06-13T12:08:25Z25 pages, References updatedH.
